Refund policy

Effective September 3, 2026

Sales are not open yet and no pre-orders are being accepted. When the downloadable edition is released, purchases will have a 30-day refund window.

How to request a refund

Reply to your Stripe payment receipt or use the support contact shown on it. Include the purchase email and payment date. Do not post payment details in a public GitHub issue.

Timing

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Banks and card networks control how long the credit takes to appear after Stripe processes it.

Support and refunds

Best-effort support does not limit the 30-day refund policy. A refund does not depend on our being able to reproduce or resolve the issue.

Free CLI

The free open-source CLI is not affected by a refund and remains available under the MIT License.
